Delicious Snack Recipes that You Need to Make this Monsoon

Monsoons have finally arrived in India with all its galore. When it’s raining, you need just the right snacks to go with it. We have some delicious recipes with a twist. Zucchini Flower Fritters

Mix some grated zucchini, salt, pepper, ground garlic, thyme, basil, flour, parmesan cheese. Get fresh zucchini flower and add 1 tsp of the filling. Close the flower by gently pressing the top of it. Coat it in cornflower, egg, and breadcrumbs. Shallow fry the zucchini flowers in sunflower oil until golden brown. Serve hot with a side of dill tzatziki.

In a baking tray, add halved baby potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, and rosemary. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. In a mixing bowl, add the potatoes along with salt, pepper, mustard paste, lemon juice, and chopped fresh dill leaves. Mix everything and cover it with a cling film. You can meal prep this salad beforehand.

Bruschetta 

Top up grilled crostini with hummus, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves. To the other crostini slices, top with some crostini with cream cheese, caramelized onion, and mushroom. These bruschetta recipes are a crowd pleaser and make for a great party snack.

Lemon & Butter Gnocchi

You can use store-bought gnocchi for this recipe. Sauté some garlic, thyme, and green peas in olive oil. Add the gnocchi with few knobs of butter. Cook for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped mint and lemon zest. Don’t forget to add some garlic bread slices on the side.

Peas & Mint Mash

In a food processor add the peas, salt, pepper, mint, coriander, lemon juice, and olive oil. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh lemon zest. This dip is best served with pita chips or crackers.

Chunky Guacamole

To make chunky guacamole, mix avocado chunks, coriander, salt, pepper, lemon juice, onion, tomato. You can keep it chunky or make it smooth as per your preference. Serve fresh with a variety of homemade crackers.
