Delicious Stir-Fry Meal Recipes that You Can Make Within 30 Minutes

Fall is almost setting in with all it’s harvests and abundance. Thinking stir-fries and noodles? We have the perfect recipe ideas for a cozy evening. Serve these dishes with a side of wholegrains like brown basmati rice, quinoa, buckwheat, oatmeal, etc. Check out these quick and easy recipes:

Schezwan Veggie Stir-Fry

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, red chili flakes, brown sugar, honey, miso paste, pepper, salt, and corn starch. Chop some broccoli, bell peppers, mushrooms, snow peas. Sauté minced garlic and ginger in sesame oil. Add the vegetables and stir fry them for 10 minutes until tender. Slowly stir in the sauce and cook for another 10 minutes. Finish with some freshly chopped coriander. Add rinsed brown rice and steam as per package instructions. Cook some brown rice. Daawat is one of the best brown rice brands. Ladle the brown rice in a bowl and top it with the stir-fried veggies. This stir-fry dish taste great with noodles too.

Spaghetti in Tomato, Basil & Parmesan

Cook the Spaghetti pasta according to package instructions. In a pan, sauté garlic in olive oil. Add a sprig of thyme, chopped sundried tomatoes, fresh cherry tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes. Stir in the pasta and finish with fresh basil leaves. Finish with some fresh parmesan and serve hot.

Arugula & Cheese Quesadilla

In a skillet, sauté some garlic and add a handful of arugulas. When the arugula is wilted, add assorted mushrooms, feta cheese. Add salt and crushed pepper to taste. In a grill pan, add tortilla bread to toast. Add the spinach mix and fold the quesadillas. Press the top with a spatula and cook until the cheese starts melting. Cut into triangles and serve hot with fresh gremolata. This recipe literally takes minutes to cook and makes for a satisfying weeknight dinner.

Paneer Wrap

Slice zucchini, bell peppers, red onion, and portobello mushroom into thin strips. Brush the veggies with olive oil, salt & pepper and roast in a grill pan. Cook until veggies get the char marks. Brush cheese with barbeque sauce and grill until it gets char marks. To make the tzatziki dip, mix some Greek yogurt, lime juice, zest, chopped mint, a pinch of salt and pepper with a fork. Warm the pita bread in a toaster oven. Add the veggies, and cheese in the pita and drizzle the tzatziki dressing. You can use any kind of flatbreads for this wrap.
